Astrea Quilt
The Astrea Quilt is the third in a series of quilt patterns that I’ve written featuring creative use of the Triangle in a Square block. This quilt has a more modern, sleek design, inspired by my work in the Pattern Writing Academy with @alderwoodstudio.
This quilt comes in three sizes — Crib, Throw and Twin.
The quilt top features AGF Pure Solids in Snow and Evergreen, plus a beautiful peach I had in my stash. For the backing I chose Art Gallery Fabrics Wildwood from Woodland Keeper by @maureencracknell
I originally tested this quilt in the twin size for my kiddo’s birthday and gasp forgot to add the sashing. (Yes, I forgot the sashing on my very own quilt). To my credit, I hadn’t actually written it yet - it’s all part of the process.
